The Admiral gave it to me as an answer to your question about your hometown. He didn't say it would help you graduate.

I had - hoped - that it would give you some peace of mind, to know the people of Oakvale are at rest.

When I asked about them, I most certainly wasn't volunteering to put them there myself.
